United Colors of Benetton offers a flexible return policy allowing you to return items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition with all tags attached. We strive to ensure your shopping experience is as vibrant and seamless as our collections.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log in to your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Benetton labels and tags are intact, and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship Items

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
